UVB - which hand held product do you recommend?

Good afternoon all… I’m new here, and wanted some advise on which handheld UVB device you recommend? I have face and scalp psoriasis for decades, but it is becoming unmanageable. I am predominantly housebound and really struggle with hospital visits with all my other ailments - I just couldn’t manage 3 times a week for phototherapy too … Thanks in advance 😊
