Didn’t work for me either, had really bad flare up last year ended up using enstillar foam after trying dovenex , the enstillar certainly worked but you can only use on proportion of body. I was pickled, other thing I was doing was smothering myself with double base gel. Felt like a bladder of lard but all worked, eventually saw dermatologist and told if flare s again . Using Dovobet on few bits at moment but was told if gets as bad again I would need uv treatment. Luckily had photos from when I was really pickled. Best of luck

Thanks now started on Dovebet from Doctor on reading leaflets it says only 15 mg a day and not over more than 30% of body. The GP saw that my psoriasis was all over most of my body. Should I just try on certain parts

Would just pick one of your worst areas and see how it goes, you just use it lightly good luck

The only thing that got rid of my psoriasis was bathing in a polytar emolient bath and now its been banned probably it was so cheap and big pharma wasnt making enough money from it they would rather you use steroids
