cyclosporine help

hi so i was put on cyclosporine mainly for my scalp in july last year, ii was put on 100mg and left on that dose until the november, where the consultant wasnt happy and doubled the dose to 200mg. 3 month review and no bloods until then. i was on neurol from the start and though i had headaches and a bt of shaking, generally i wasnt too bad even on the 200mg. i drink red wine ( nobody said i shouldnt) and had little effect. also drinking alcohol in general wasnt bad. well when i picked up the prescription unbeknown to me the chemist had given me mainly neurol and then 4 boxes of another brand called CAPSORIN. i messaged my derm as you cant ever get to speak to them and they said its fine to swap. well thats where the fun begins. within a week of the other brand i seem to have every side effect fluctuating BP shakes, internal and external sore fingers and toes constantly tired banging headache thumping heart cant drink alcohol, feel like i am burning up and sooooo hungover even after a glass. spoke to derm again, not concerned. my 3 month review was due beginning of feb and they said they cant get e in until the end of march has anyone else experienced this? my body is mainly clear, though i did only have some patches on elbows, torso will big ones on bum cheaks and back of legs. these have now 70% gone though my scalp is still very dry but not painful. i question if its worth it and whether its just the brand and not the dose increase any advise would be appreciated x
