Treament for psoriasis Oils

Can anyone recommend these oils like h-psoriasis for treatment? Mild corticosteroid ointments (hydrocortisone) It’s rather expensive so i would appreciate any feedback. Also does phototherapy actually work? I have a treatment device that i use for 30-45secs but how do i know if the lamps are still giving out the correct light?
