Infrared Sauna Blankets

I have had Psoriasis for 42 years sometimes it clear other times not - its hard to live with and i have used all topical medication
Hi all, has anyone had any success with the infrared sauna blankets (like Higher Dose or Heat Health?) I have had some success with the red light therapy.
It’s meant to be for muscle recovery and detox and says good for skin but not sure if it’s good for skin with Psoriasis.
Any experience of these at all anyone?
