Postpartum flares - treatments

I am 7 months postpartum and am experiencing a significant flare. I've never had one like this before. Before the birth of my son, I had patches on my elbows, knees, in my ears, on my hands and the back of my heels. I had previously had a small patch on my scalp but this disappeared years ago. In the last few months, I have noticed very small patches appearing like wildfire! I have them on my thighs and lowers legs, on my scalp, more on my hands, wrists and now, I'm noticing changes on my face. They are very small and appear to just be a bit dry and red, but I am terrified of developing psoriasis on my face. It is my worst fear! I am now due to get married next year and I'm so worried. My doctor referred me back to the dermatologist but it seems that my referral has been bounced back and they have suggested something else, but the doctor is yet to contact me with what that is. I am currently just using Enstilar, but it's effective for a few days and then it all flares again. I was on Ozetla years ago but came off it as I wanted to have a baby. Does anyone know what options the doctor can offer me if the dermatologist won't see me? Is it just more topicals?
