Psoriasis now painful

Hi all
I have plaque psoriasis on various parts of my body. It's never been particularly painful but one patch, on the back of my thigh, has started to feel really sore, like bad sunburn. Is this normal, after having it for over a decade? I'm never sure if I should see a doc or not.

I won the lottery of 4 diseases and a slipped disk in one month. I'm always told that's the most extreme case I've seen. But chins Up!
Yes see a doctor! Psoriasis can happen any part of your body. Get help now to control it.
