Membership Survey

We want to hear from you! Our members and supporters are the lifeblood of The Psoriasis Association. They give a voice to the millions of people in the United Kingdom who live with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis by pushing for change, sharing their own experiences and offering peer to peer support and advice.

The Psoriasis Association are currently working with THINK, a UK fundraising consultancy, to gather the views of its supporters, including members and non-members.

We are interested in knowing your thoughts, opinions and experiences with the Psoriasis Association in order to help us develop and shape our future plans.

The survey will only take around 10 minutes to complete and all responses will be completely anonymous.

At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a draw to win a £20 Amazon voucher.
