Chickenpox flare up

I've just had a nasty dose of chickenpox. This has caused a massive flare-up as well as extraordinary skin peeling on the palms of my hands and the soles and heels of my feet, and my toes. Any thoughts and/or recommendations? Love to make my Christmas one where psoriasis isn't top of my mind all the time. Many thanks
