Curatoderm & Multivitamin Warning

I've had it for over 30 years, mostly plaque and nail psoriasis.
hi, I've been given Curatoderm by my dermatologist today as an alternative to Disprosalic which I've been using on a regular basis for the last year. I read the leaflet and it warns against using it if you're taking a Multivitamin or Vitamin D (which I do). Does anyone have any experience of using this or had any interactions ? Cheers Joan
