Hi everyone, hoping you may have some words of wisdom
I have my 15 ubv phototherapy session yesterday (60 joules of light).I have been lucky previously and other than some rosy cheeks no reaction. However yesterday within 5 hours, my skin was very pink and my psoriasis patches very red, hot and itchy.
I know this can happen, but what I have struggled with is how to calm it down . I have moisturised a lot, kept out of the sun today, and worn light clothing...but it's still very angry and itchy.
Has anyone else had this, and found a really good solution
Big thanks karen

I am suffering the same thing and all I do is grin and bear it, knowing that in 24 hrs It will subside. I take paracetamol for the pain and that is it.
